Practices alone will not allow us to achieve the results in physical fitness needed to compete at an elite level in rugby. It is highly recommended that all players follow some form of training outside of what is offered at practice.

Below are a number of links to websites that offer training tips and programs. The main emphasis of these programs is to develop power and strength, rather than bulk.
